University of Utah Molecular Medicine (U2M2) is charged with integrating basic science and health professional predoctoral and postdoctoral trainees throughout the University of Utah School of Medicine. The U2M2 Program is responsible for a network of translational research opportunities to PhD trainees, MD trainees, PhD postdoctoral fellows, and Physicians. U2M2 faculty provide the leadership for the MD-PhD program (32 predoctoral positions), the Summer Medical Student Research Program (30 medical student positions) , the Med to Grad Program (14 predoctoral positions), and the University of Utah CCTS Research Training Core. In addition the T32 in Cardiovascular Research (8 postdoctoral positions) and the T32 in Endocrinology and Metabolism (3 postdoctoral and 2 predoctoral positions).
